SaaS Spend Autopsy, a one-time review for small businesses
Your software subscriptions, inventoried and ranked for action. Done for you.
You send an accounting export and your card or bank statements. I list every software tool you pay for, what it costs, and when it renews, then mark each one cancel, downgrade, consolidate, or keep, with the reason written next to it.

How it works
Three steps, about a week.
You send two kinds of files.
An accounting export (QuickBooks or similar, 6 to 12 months) and the card or bank statements your software is billed to. Your bookkeeper can send them for you.
I build the list and make a call on each line.
Cost, seats, billing cycle, renewal date. Where it helps, we do a short view-only screen-share so I can see seat counts. Overlaps and unused seats get flagged.
You get the report and decide.
A PDF and a short video walking through it, targeted within 7 days of complete intake. You make any changes yourself, in your own accounts.
Sample report
This is what you get back.
Below is the inventory tab from a sample report. The business, the tool names, and the numbers are made up so you can see the format. It is not a client result.

The full report also has the math behind each range, a 90-day renewal calendar, and a short video walkthrough. Your numbers will be different; they come from your own statements and vendor terms.
Why I do this
Hi, I'm Kevin. Software charges are easy to lose track of. A tool gets added for one project and never cancelled. A free trial turns into a paid plan. Someone leaves and their seat keeps billing. Each charge is small enough to ignore, and nobody owns the full list.
I started ServReply to make that list for you, go through it line by line, and tell you plainly what I would cut and why. I stay out of your bookkeeping, taxes, and IT. I don't ask for passwords, and I don't touch your accounts. You make the changes.
I'm taking on three businesses at a pilot price while I sharpen the report, and I'll ask each of them for blunt feedback.

A good fit
- Roughly 5 to 50 people
- A dozen or more software tools nobody has reviewed lately
- Has a bookkeeper or accountant
Not a fit
- Under 5 employees
- No accounting export to work from
- Looking for IT, tax, or bookkeeping help
Accountants and bookkeepers
If a client's software has sprawled, introduce us. I only look at software subscriptions, so it stays out of your lane.
Questions
Do you need my passwords or logins?
No. You share an accounting export and card or bank statements, and I review admin screens on a view-only screen-share with you present. I never take or store passwords.
Will you cancel anything for me?
No. I never sign in to your tools. You or your team make the changes you choose, in your own accounts.
Do you promise a savings amount?
No. Every figure is an estimate built from what you send, shown as a low-to-high range. Notice periods, annual terms, and vendor policies can change the real number.
Is there a contract?
A short plain-English engagement letter covering scope, data handling, and terms. We both sign it before any work starts.
What happens to my files afterward?
They're used only for your report and deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask otherwise in writing.
What if it doesn't work out?
If I don't deliver your report within 7 days of complete intake, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
